About the R by mi label
R is a nod to the initial of Radical and Mi, the first two letters of the first name of Millie Anzalone, creator of this label founded in October 2021. Focused on loungewear, R by Mi explores all facets of designer clothing. 'interior. Recognizable by their ribbed edges made by a workshop located in the north of France, the sweaters and shirts are added to the neo-training pants.
Supported by a Belgian stylist, also in charge of production, Millie has surrounded herself with a small team of women who share her values and her desire to promote female entrepreneurship. The designer's words still resonate in our hearts as we reflect on our incredible Winter 2025 shoot. It wasn't just a photoshoot: it was a total immersion in the energy and style of American college football.
The emotions were palpable. Ten girls, each with their own unique personality and energy, gave their heart and soul to this story. Between the ball throws, the laughter, and the moments captured on the fly, we immortalized more than just images: a state of mind. The team spirit, the carefree late afternoons on the field, and that "Friday Night Lights" atmosphere where anything seems possible.

From the moment we arrived, the energy on the pitch was palpable: yellow lines, goals, and stands evoked the spirit of American campuses. The looks of oversized jerseys, embroidered sweatshirts, flared pants, and knee-high socks vibrated under the blue sky and golden light, like something out of an American film.
